We weren't even home when the washing machine hose busted.
 He followed the water running down the street to our house as he was driving by

I  called Jon after the gas Co. shut off my gas because of a  leak  somewhere in my yard and my regular plumber couldn't be here until  tomorrow .Within an hour he was here and searching for the leak ,located  the leak ,fixed it and got my gas back on then relit all my appliances.  I've used him for other things and he's always been on time when we've scheduled appointments.Very Professional!

  A mouse chewed through the ice maker line in our kitchen and there was water everywhere.
I  called Apex Plumbing services and Jon explained over the phone how to  shut the water outside the house off until he could get here. He showed up with a vacuum and towels and cleaned up all the water then ran a new copper line for us through the back of our cabinets with its own shut off valve. Jon is a  very knowledgeable plumber and we'll use him in the future  when we remodel our bathrooms next year.
